The doors of the Castiglion Fiorentino factory open for the new Welding Course:
Starting from the first week of October, Menci Group, together with Randstad (Fil. Arezzo) and with the patronage of the Municipality of Castiglion Fiorentino, organizes a Welding Course aimed at expanding its workforce, aimed at unemployed people or people without jobs.
A unique educational opportunity:
The course will be delivered with the training support of Airone PG, Italian Institute of Welding and center of excellence certified in the field of welding.
The training, of the total duration of 140 hours, will focus on the main rudiments of Tig/Mig welding and will take place for three continuous weeks. It will be open to all those who are currently unemployed or unemployed and has no age limit. At the end of the course, after passing the final assessment exam, the most suitable candidates will be offered a contract of employment at Menci & C Spa.
In any case, all candidates who have completed the training, will be issued with the regular welding license, suitable and expendable at national and international level.
The main objective of the initiative is to expand its workforce, in relation to an ever-expanding order book and to demonstrate the Group’s constant desire to invest in a constructive and profitable way in human resources.
