A Dialogue with the Future: High School Students

The Menci Group continues its commitment to building a bridge between school and the world of work by participating in the event organized by the "Technical and Economic Institute" of Cortona.

The Festival, entirely promoted and organized by the students of the Technical and Economic Institute of Cortona, has now reached its third edition. This year, it focused on the theme "The Economy of the Territory between past, present, and future."

This participation represents a further demonstration of the company's commitment to fostering dialogue with the younger generations and contributing to their growth.

The Contribution of the Menci Group

During the five days of the Festival (April 7-11), the students participated in various presentations. Andrea Menci, Export and Communication Manager of the Menci Group, presented "The Evolution of the World of Transport", offering an overview of the past, present, and future of the sector.

Starting from its origins, he illustrated how technological and social changes have transformed the way we move and transport goods. The presentation then focused on current challenges, such as sustainability and safety, and how the Group responds with innovative solutions. Finally, he explored future trends in transport, such as autonomous driving and alternative propulsion.

Andrea Menci's approach, which effectively connected history, current affairs, and vision, engaged and stimulated debate among the students.

Preparing for Tomorrow

Participation in the Festival is part of a broader project to bring young people closer to the company and the world of work. Through initiatives such as school scholarships and company visits, Menci aims to support students in their future choices and prepare them for the challenges of the world of work, creating a solid link between the company, the territory, and young people.
