A concrete experience for young talents
We had the pleasure of hosting the fifth-year class of the Professional Institute "Giovanni Da Castiglione" from Castiglion Fiorentino at our headquarters. This visit represented the practical culmination of a broader training project entirely focused on the operation of our advanced painting robot. The students had the unique opportunity to explore our production line closely and observe the robot in action, witnessing its operation firsthand.
From theory to practice: an integrated training path
The program unfolded in two distinct and complementary phases. The first saw one of our IT department employees, Andrea Devoti, go directly to the school classrooms for two intensive meetings, offering about six hours dedicated specifically to the theory and programming of the robot. The second phase, the conclusive one, held at the company, allowed students to experience the production reality firsthand and personally witness the painting robot at work, alongside the dedicated department staff and the production team, thus transforming the learned theory into a practical and tangible experience.
